Remember My Device

Use the Remember My Device feature to bypass the Access Code security feature when using a personal or non-public computer, laptop, or smart device. As an added security benefit to ensure your information remains safe, when accessing your account using an unknown device, you will receive an access code via text or email. If you receive and access code that you did not initiate, notify us immediately and we will work with you to discuss the next steps.

If the Digital Banking system is not remembering your desktop computer or laptop, there may be a setting on the computer which is prompting the access code each time you log in. If you are using Internet Explorer, your computer may be set to delete any cached data such as web form information, passwords, and cookies. If neither of the options below resolve the issue, there may be another setting we will need to research.

If using Internet Explorer®, these settings may be adjusted using the following steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer web browser and access the Tools Icon on the top right corner. This icon appears as a gear.
  2. Choose Internet Options from the Tools dropdown menu.
  3. From the General tab, under the Browsing History section, unclick the option or choose “Delete Browsing history on exit”.
  4. Choose Apply, then OK.
  5. You will need to input the access code for the first time logging in after this change, but from there on, you will not be asked for the access code again on a remembered device.

If using Google Chrome®, these settings may be adjusted using the following steps:

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser and access the Menu button on the top right corner. This button appears as three dots.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, choose Advanced.
  3. Under the Privacy and Security section, choose Content Settings.
  4. Choose Cookies.
  5. Turn on “Allow sites to save and read cookie data.”
  6. Turn off “Keep local data only until you quit your browser.”
  7. You will need to input the access code for the first time logging in after this change, but from there on, you will not be asked for the access code again on a remembered device.
