As an added security benefit to ensure your information remains safe, when accessing your account using an unknown device, you will receive an access code via text or email. If you receive and access code that you did not initiate, notify us immediately and we will work with you to discuss the next steps.
If the Digital Banking system is not remembering your desktop computer or laptop, there may be a setting on the computer which is prompting the access code each time you log in. If you are using Internet Explorer, your computer may be set to delete any cached data such as web form information, passwords, and cookies. If neither of the options below resolve the issue, there may be another setting we will need to research.
