Konrad Baltes*
Konrad has served on the Board of Directors of OU Federal Credit Union since February 2023, following a three-year term on the Supervisory Committee. He earned an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2024 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business in 2004.
Konrad currently works as a Business Strategist at the University of Oklahoma. His previous roles include Senior Comptroller at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Project Manager at the Department of Environmental Quality, and Managerial Associate at the University of Oklahoma.
Outside of work, Konrad enjoys traveling, cooking, automotive repair, and exploring personal finance.
Vincent Deberry*
Vincent Deberry, a member of OU Federal Credit Union since 2010, is seeking reelection to the Board of Directors. Mr. Deberry has served in his current role on the board since 2019.
Mr. Deberry is the Executive Director of the University of Oklahoma’s Center for Public Management, a position he has held since 2013. In this capacity, he oversees over 350 employees and is responsible for establishing the strategic vision, shaping culture and setting organizational priorities. Prior to his work at the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Deberry served as Chief Operating Officer at Electra Digital Corporation.
Mr. Deberry is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma as well as holding a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
