Board and Committee Volunteer Opportunities

Each year, OU Federal Credit Union looks for qualified volunteers to fill vacancies on our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. Our volunteers are critical to building and operating a healthy and prosperous credit union.

Board of Directors Overview

Our Board of Directors consists of nine volunteers whose main responsibilities include: overseeing credit union operations, establishing and monitoring the credit union’s strategic plan, and ensuring that the credit union operates in a safe and secure manner and by keeping our members’ best interest as a top priority.

Supervisory Committee Overview

Our Supervisory Committee ensures the financial well-being of the credit union as well as the prompt preparation of accounting records and reports. This committee acts as the members’ “watchdog” and makes certain the credit union maintains its standard of excellence and that all regulations, procedures, and policies governing OU Federal Credit Union are followed.
